Gap and flush measurement

The systems of the CALIPRI series guarantee reliable and repeatable results in gap and flush measurement. By applying the CALIPRI principle, the gap evaluation is based on real data. Even with complex contours no mathematical assumptions are necessary. Flexible evaluation strategies enable the creation of test plans according to the CAD design and can be used directly on all products of the Calipri series. This allows a direct comparison of the results and offers a reliable basis for decisions in process control.

Applications

The CALIPRI technology is suitable for fully automated inline use, as well as for manual as well as for manual measurements at audit stations. Depending on the task, different system versions are available.
