The CALIPRI C11 and CALIPRI C15 systems are hand-held gap measurement devices for continuous inspection. Simplified sensor operation and automated measurement plan selection mean you can rely on a robust system with low training requirements. Perfectly suited for the high fluctuation on the assembly line. The patented Calipri® principle additionally supports the measurement with the worldwide unique roll and tilt correction. The results can be compared with portable Calipri systems and robot-guided systems on the basis of cross-platform evaluation strategies.

Due to its simplified operation and robust housing, the CALIPRI C11 and Calipri C15 systems are ideally suited to assembly line production even with frequently changing staff. The systems automatically compensate tilts and rolls of the sensor and reproducibly return the real gap value. You can choose between different system versions: The wireless Calipri C15 systems with or without trolley for flexible use, or the stationary Calipri C11 systems with linear or 360° cable guidance. The measurement results are visualized on one or two monitors, depending on the version selected. On request, the systems can be extended by additional sensors for simultaneous measurement of both sides of the vehicle.
