CALIPRI profile measuring devices are approved according to national and international standards (JCGM100: 2008, DIN V ENV 13005: 1999-06, DIN EN 13715: 2001-01, DIN EN 15313: 2016-09, DIN 27201-9: 2017-06), certified and used among others (e.g.) in Germany (DB), Austria (ÖBB), Switzerland (SBB), France (SNCF), China (Chengdu Railway Bureau) and the Czech Republic (SŽDC).

Applications

The multifunctional CALIPRI C4x series enables the combination of several inspection tasks (measurement modules) in one measurement device. For example, if you combine the modules for wheel profile, brake disk, wheel diameter and wheel clearance, you have a measurement device for evaluating a complete wheelset. CALIPRI Prime, on the other hand, focuses on wheel profile measurements and thus replaces conventional mechanical gages.
