Authorize
a return

Do you have a faulty device that you would like to send to our service department or do you want to get a gauge recalibrated? To authorize the return, simply fill in our RMA form. Please note that we can only accept returns that have been authorized.

How it works

Online authorization

In this step, describe the defect with your measurement device or note that you would like to have a recalibration. Please provide a detailed description of the defect ("faulty" or "defective" does not provide enough information). This way, you can significantly shorten the time needed for repairs.

Receive confirmation & print receipt

After entering your information, you will receive a return receipt and confirmation. Please print this receipt.

Enclose return receipt

Place both the return receipt and the product in suitable packaging.
- Send devices without batteries.
- Create an up-to-date backup.
- When sending from a non-EU country: Enclose pro forma bill. (2/3 of purchase price)

Send Package

Send your return package to the address on the RMA receipt. Please note that we cannot accept unsuitably packaged or unstamped parcels. These will be returned to sender at your expense.

View status report

You will receive status reports by e-mail throughout the inspection and repair process. Please remember to check your inbox regularly.
