As soon as you report a support case, we will open a new ticket for you on our ticket system. Please supply all the information relevant to the support case in the following form.

You can find the serial number directly on the relevant sensor. Depending on the product, it starts in one of the following formats:

Always provide the sensor serial number, even if you have a problem with an auxiliary gage or a tablet PC, so that we can assign the issue accordingly.
